Who am I

I started my professional career in the mid-1980s at a small italian Management Consulting firm in Milan learning the Executive Search job from pioneers in the sector in Italy. 

In the following years I have worked for important international Research and Selection/Executive Search companies such as Friisberg & Partners, Alexander Hughes and Kilpatrick SA. 

In 2009, I started my career as an independent consultant and I was lucky enough to work as an internal recruiter in companies such as Heineken, Fiat Chrysler Automotive and Coca Cola HBC.

As consultant I also support some Italian and International Recruiting Companies acting as new business developer and roll out of important selection projects.

Living in Germany since 2016, I am a pioneer in smart working, keeping positive and constructive contacts with my clients and candidates throughout the whole process in order to ensure a harmonious working and trusting relationship. 

My latest projects include C-levels positions and middle management profiles, mainly for Germany and Italy, which I manage completely autonomously thanks to my strong language knowledge (bilingual Italian/German, fluent English, French good understanding).

I can count on an international network that I have built up over the years and that is constantly growing and evolving, keeping up with the changing times.

I am autonomous and flexible and I provide the client with complete insight into the work carried out with continuous updates by sending regular reports.
